EURO 2024 has in cooperation with DIS Congress Service selected a number of 2 to 4 star hotels located within convenient walking distance to the Metro Lines and the S-train network. The hotels are primarily located around Copenhagen City Hall / Copenhagen Central Station (Vesterbro) or Kongens Nytorv / Nørreport Station.

Scandic Copenhagen Hotel **** Scandic Copenhagen is appointed as the main hotel for EURO 2024 and is located in central Copenhagen, with views of one of the three lakes and the city, and close to the Tivoli Gardens and the pedestrian street, Strøget. Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1 night deposit payment served as first night stay.
The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.
The hotel deposite must be paid upon receipt of invoice.
ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.
Cancellation of hotel reservation
Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat or in writing to DIS Congress Service on the contact page.
Until April 30, 2024 the deposit will be reimbursed,
From May1 until June 15, the deposit will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.
From June 15 and in case of no-show the full stay will be invoiced.
